RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

This Return Policy ("Policy") is entered into by and between UNIQUA SMITH CO  and all consumers. This Policy governs the return of products purchased from the Company.

 

1. Eligibility for Return:

 

1.1 Products eligible for return must be agreed by company.

 

1.2 Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

 

2. Return Period:

 

Customers have one day from the date of purchase to initiate a return to come to an agreement.

 

  1. After the specified return period, the Company reserves the right to deny any return requests.

 

3. Return Process:

 

  1. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Company's customer service at info@uniquasmith.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

  1. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the email or responded in email intitating return .

 

  1. Customers are responsible for all return deductions and return process.

 

4. Inspection and Approval:

 

4.1 All returned products are subject to inspection by the Company to determine their eligibility for return.

 

4.2 The Company reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.

 

5. Refund or Exchange:

 

5.1 Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange, as determined by the Company.

 

5.2 Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10-21 business days after the Company receives and approves the returned product.

 

5.3 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.

 

6. Restocking Fee:

 

6.1 The Company may impose a restocking fee on returned products, which will be communicated to the customer before processing the return.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Products:

 

7.1 If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify the Company within 1 days of receipt.

 

7.2 The Company will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product and may offer a replacement or refund.

 

8. Limitations:

 

8.1 This Policy does not cover returns for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or any other reason not directly attributable to the Company's actions.

 

8.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice.

 

By making a purchase from the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy.
